The E-Z 96 NGS Clean-IT Kit is a convenient system for fast and reliable recovery of DNA fragments from various enzymatic reaction steps in the NGS library construction while working in a 96-well format. By using HiBind® DNA technology, the E-Z 96 NGS Clean-IT Kit can selectively and precisely recover DNA fragments free of oligonucleotides, nucleotides, and polymerase with a recovery rate exceeding 50%. The user can easily select the cut-off size between 100-300 bp. The E-Z 96 NGS plates are compatible with vacuum manifiolds that can accept semi-skirted plates and will work on most automated platforms with vacuum manifolds present.
