The Iso-Freeze MicroTube Chill-Racks with lid are filled with temperature dependent gel that will maintain a color when they’re cooled to 0°C (refrigerator temperature), for approximately 3.5 hours. As the temperature rises +7°C the color of the gel will change acting as an indicator for the user to refreeze the rack, if necessary.
