240 mm buchner funnels PP. Molded of polypropylene,  these funnels are unbreakable and resistant to corrosion  and heat, and easily separated for cleaning. Can be  used without risk with Erlenmeyer flasks. Optional  disks for funnels sold separately. Molded of polypropylene  for corrosion resistance, withstands high temperature.  No special flask is required. Light in weight, more stable  than glass or porcelain funnels. Can be taken apart for easy cleaning

Optional Support Discs, sold separately (Cat. #F2845-240)
made of HDPE (high density polyethylene).
These discs have excellent chemical resistance.
The are useful for holding (supporting) filter
paper.  In this way the blocking of the holes in the
Buchner Funnel is avoided and the filtering surface
of the funnel is free.  Discs will withstand up to
110°C.  Mesh size is 950 x 700 microns.
