Autoclave Tape
Autoclave Indicators Tapes, for use in steam sterilizers, are intended for use in securing packaging materials used in the sterilization processes. The indicator ink strips or bars are processing indicators only. They are intended to demonstrate exposure to a steam sterilization process by turning to a dark color (black, brown, gray, or blue). They should not be interpreted as indicators of the adequacy of the sterilization cycle. These indicator tapes comply with EN 867-1, Class A, and EN 867-2. 89268601F July, 2002.
