This DUAL Block Chamber unit (#SH5002-2B) includes:
2 Quick-Flip combo blocks (Cat. #BSWCMB) for tubes 0.2ml to 2.0ml.
These 2 blocks "in combination" can accommodate:
Up to 48 x 1.5ml/2.0ml microcentrifuge tubes,
or up to 28 0.5ml/0.65ml microcentrifuge tubes,
or up to 12 x 8-place PCR-strips or 8 x 12-place PCR-strips,
or up to 96 x 0.2ml single PCR tubes,
or one 96-place PCR plate.

Note, a Quick-Flip block has two sides.
The Quick-Flip Universal Block (Catalog #BSWCMB) has:
Side One  (holds 24 x 1.5ml/2.0ml & 14 x 0.5ml), and
Side Two (holds 6 x 8-place PCR-strips or 4 x 12-place PCR-Strips, or 48 x 0.2ml single PCR tubes)

       
The myBlock™ series of "next generation" dry baths includes an advanced microprocessor
control, timed or continuous operationm and a removable hinged lid. An external
temperature feedback probe is available (BSH-TP1) for real-time control and actual
sample temperature. It's transparent lid promotes better uniformity and minimizes
temperature stratification in the block by maintaining a warm air jacket layer. It also
reduces energy consumption, minimizing heat loss. The hinged lid can be flipped open
to the rear) or easily removed (lifted off) to accommodate taller tubes. Both the single
and dual block Dry Bath units (SH5001-1B and SH5002-2B) include our new Quick-Flip™
2-sided block (s).  Standard 1-sided blocks also fit and are sold separately (see listing).
