Non-Sterile Forensic Micro-Spins Inserts with 2.0ml volume are designed with an integral perforated bottom for straining sample into receiver microcentrifuge tube. The insert acts as a strainer, to allow for the extraction of blood, semen, and DNA samples from cloth samples. Designed to allows fluid to pass from a 600uL capacity insert into either a 1.5ml or 2.0ml microcentrifuge tube, designed to retain a small cloth sample in insert. Useful in extracting DNA from a crime scene.

Rated to 20,000xg, 100 inserts and microtubes/pack (Choose 1.5ml microtubes, or 2.0ml microtube, when ordering.)
