Designed for filtering aqueous materials, these sterile disposable syringe filter units are used to filter small volumes (up to 100ml) to sterilize, ultraclean, clarify, or otherwise remove particulates. All units are packaged in sterile individual blister packs, reay to be used. Each unit is equipped with a female luer-lok inlet for easy attachment to a standard syringe. Membranes (all surfactant-free) are sonically welded to the acrylic housing for strength and to provide bi-directional capability. Maximum operating pressure is 75psi at 25°C. Maximum operating temperature is 45°C. Filtration are for 30mm diameter filters is approximately 4.2cm2. Hold-up volume approximately <60ul.
Housing and packaging materials are non-pyrogenic (endotoxin free). Bubble point and air and flow rates are integrity tested.
