For a variety of applications
It is well documented that nucleic acid delivery via electroporation can achieve remarkable rates of transfer efficiency and maintain good cell viability, even for a variety of finicky human cell lines. In order to achieve the proper electrical field strength to the cells, our Electroporation Cuvettes are carefully constructed with burr-free, specially processed electrodes and virgin polycarbonate. This results in cuvettes which provide superior results in the most discriminating applications. Available in three gap widths, 1 mm, 2 mm, and 4 mm (0.1 cm, 0.2 cm, and 0.4 cm).
Designed for the electroporation of DNA, RNA, and protein, specifically in bacteria cells. Electroporation Cuvettes are equipped with aluminum alloy electrodes with uniform surfaces for higher electroporation transformation (transfection or conjugation) efficiencies, improved gene transfer, and consistent pulse generation. Field strengths up to 25 kV/cm are possible with these cuvettes. These cuvettes are compatible with BTX®, Eppendorf®, BioRad®, GenePulse®, EquiBio®, Invitrogen®, Kodak®/IBI® and other units. Caps are color coded by size.
Electroporation Cuvettes efficiently transfer DNA and siRNA into a wide variety of cell types. While the color and shape of the caps may vary from brand to brand, all electroporation cuvettes must meet strict quality assurance specifications to ensure consistent pulse delivery and reproducible results.
Universal fit
Manufactured in the USA to tight tolerances for optimum performance, Bridge Electroporation Cuvettes fit in most manufacturer's systems including those from: Bio-Rad, BTX, Lonza/Amaxa (Nucleofector 2b only), Invitrogen, Eppendorf and, Kodak/IBI.
