Our new µLowBind™ MµltiGuard Advance™ Barrier Filter BesTips feature improved accuracy and precision by utilizing superior bonded polymer technology. This proprietary polymer is bonded to the tip to create a superior ultra-hydrophobic surface that greatly reduces the surface tension of the interior wall of the pipet tip, minimizing bonding of DNA and protein molecules to the tip material. No additives such as silicone are used; consequently, no leaching or sample degradation occur. This chemically resistant polymer is completely inert and is not affected by common laboratory solvents such as chloroform, chloroethane, or acetone. MµltiGuard Advance™ Barrier Filter BesTips feature a superior proprietary HDPE polymer filter assuring and guaranteeing the most effective sample and user protection from aerosols and cross-over contamination.
