NEST Cell Culture Treated Plates
• Sterile by E-Beam sterilization. Non-pyrogenic, RNase, DNase Free. Stackable.
• High clarity polystyrene with flat transparent, distortion free surfaces.
• Tissue culture "Vacuum Plasma" treatment for cell adherence on treated TCware.
• Nest Plates are Individually wrapped in Peelable Tyvek Films and Blisters
• Plate dimensions meet SBS footprint standards (Society for Biomolecular Screening)
• Plates meet ANSI/SLAS form factor standards for Automation equipment.

NEST cell culture plates have round edges for better handling. Low profile and low-evaporation lid design assures uniform growth.  Small feet on the bottom corners of each plate eliminate scraping of the microscope lens.

Featuring CLEAR Polystyrene Bottom 96-well TC Plates:
Black and White framed 96-well TC Plates with CLEAR Uniform Polystyrene Well Bottoms
Black and White framed 96-well Tissue Culture (TC) plates with CLEAR uniform polystyrene bottoms feature high-transparency ensuring excellent light transmission performance. This superior polystyrene material avoids optical distortion even under high magnification microscopy.  Plus, the plate's well walls are made of light-shielding polystyrene material preventing cross-contamination. Plates with a black frame are commonly used for fluorescence detection, while plates with a white frame are typically used for luminescence detection. Occasionally, white-framed plates are also used to enhance fluorescence signal intensity.
