These ScrewCaps closures are without a silicone washer.  Manufactured of polypropylene. These ScrewCaps feature a long skirt and a superfast thread design allowing it to be removed or screwed on with a single turn. (Note: maximum volumes for tubes, inquire for information). These ScrewCaps, without a silicone washer, are designed to be used with tubes at ambient room temperature only. 

Non-Sterile.  Autoclavable.
