The 1Kb DNA Ladder (Marker) is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 1Kb to 10Kb. This ladder consists of eight fragments that range in size from 1Kb to 10kb. All fragments are precisely quantified and mixed during the production. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye (buffer) and is ready to use.
