The HiBind® DNA resin selectively adsorbs DNA molecules in an optimized binding buffer (Buffer CP). After a single wash step, pure PCR products are eluted in water or Elution Buffer provided and are ready to use in subsequent applications.

Designed for the parallel purification of ds or ss DNA from multiple PCR amplification and DNA from enzymatic reactions, the Cycle-Pure 96-well plate Kit provides an easy-to-use, fast, and reliable method for the purification of ds or ss DNA from multiple PCR amplification and DNA from enzymatic reactions in less than 30-40 minutes. This method uses HighBind silica matrix technology (bind, wash, and elute) to recover DNA bands 50 bp to 40 kb that are free of oligonucleotides, nucleotides, polymerase, primer, agarose, and other impurities with fragment yields exceeding 85%. The procedure is simple. Binding conditions are adjusted by the addition of a specially formulated and optimized buffer for adsorption of DNA molecules. The sample is then applied to the EZ-96 plate and drawn through by centrifugation or vacuum. Single and double-stranded DNA bind to the resin matrix, while primers, fragments less than 50 bases, and unincorporated nucleotides flow through. Following a rapid wash step, DNA is eluted with deionized water or low salt buffer (TE buffer) and is ready for downstream applications. The resulting pure DNA product is suitable for T-A ligations, PCR sequencing, restriction digestion, or various labeling reactions.This kit can also be used for purifying DNA from any other enzymatic reaction.
